Our services include but are not limited to:

- Performance marketing strategy and consulting
Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual service agreements or proposals provided to each client.
3. Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate business information, ad account access, and assets as required
- Review and approve campaign creatives, copy, and targeting before launch
- Respond to communications in a timely manner
- Ensure your business, products, and offers comply with applicable laws and advertising platform policies (Google, Meta, etc.)
- Not hold Kyoren Worldwide liable for ad account suspensions resulting from policy violations on your end
4. Payments & Fees
- All fees are as agreed in your service proposal or contract
- Payments are due as per the agreed schedule (monthly retainer, milestone, or project basis)
- Ad spend is separate from management fees and billed directly to the client’s ad accounts
- Late payments may result in pausing of services
- All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing
5. Results & Performance Disclaimer
While we are committed to delivering measurable results, Kyoren Worldwide does not guarantee specific outcomes such as a fixed number of leads, sales, or ROI. Advertising performance depends on multiple variables including market conditions, budget, offer quality, and sales process. We provide data-driven recommendations and best efforts at all times.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and copy — is the property of Kyoren Worldwide and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Campaign creatives, copy, and strategies developed for clients remain the property of Kyoren Worldwide until full payment is received, after which they transfer to the client.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information, strategies, or data shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Upon termination:
- All outstanding fees become immediately due
- Access to ad accounts, tools, and assets will be transferred or revoked as agreed
- No refunds will be issued for the current billing period
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kyoren Worldwide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including lost revenue, lost data, or loss of business opportunities.
10. Third-Party Platforms
Our services involve operating on third-party platforms including Google, Meta, GoHighLevel, and Zoho. We are not responsible for changes, restrictions, or outages on these platforms that may affect campaign performance or service delivery.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
